Xenotech Support's First Year

May 9th, 2016, marked the one-year anniversary of the publication of my first novel, Xenotech Rising.

In the first year I started self-publishing, I've sold a total of 624 books across three titles.

Kindle copies: 486 Trade paperbacks I've sold: 123 Trade paperbacks through Amazon/Createspace: 15

The Kindle copies include 308 direct Kindle sales and 178 paid "rentals" via Kindle Unlimited, based on total pages read of each title.

I've had buyers from the U.S., Canada, Great Britain, Australia, France, Germany and Italy.

The most effective marketing seems to be word of mouth through my friends and their connections, selling trade paperbacks and passing out bookmarks to promote Kindle sales at SF conventions, and paid and unpaid Amazon promotions.

My understanding is that once my third novel is out, there will be more people interested because it's now confirmed to be a series.

Xenotech Rising has a 25 reviews and 4.7 out of 5.0 stars.

Xenotech Queen's Gambit has 4.6 out of 5.0 stars. Xenotech The Man Who Sold the Earth has 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.

I've got to say, it's been a blast and I'm really looking forward to seeing what the future holds as I release Xenotech What Happens this week and Xenotech General Mayhem in Q4 of 2016.

It's wonderful to have fans that like my stuff and promote it!

Thank you all!
